Great service, so helpful and professional. Danny was really great in helping us organise the logistics of our move. Matt and Jeff showed up on time and had the truck packed and ready to go in no time. The guys were lovely and hard working.

Made an appointment here to submit a very simple tax return and to gain some advice on other taxation matters. Was told over the phone that this would all be achieved through one appointment, however when arriving at the appointment were not able to ask any questions about anything else and was told would have to make another appointment (it was only 1 or 2 questions). Offered no customer service, no advice on things to keep in mind for tax submissions going forward and was generally very unhelpful. Could have done what was completed by myself! A waste of time and money.

Love going to this place for fancy breads or a bit of sweet treat - the cakes and slices are amazing! Try the vanilla slice...or for savoury you can't go past a loaf of the olive bread or roasted garlic bread.

As a local, we go to Yim Yam all the time - fresh food, friendly and sweet service (never had a problem with understanding or being understood language wise!) and all very reasonably priced for what you get. Lots of great vegetarian dishes, too!

Just a general cut - no colour - I'm a repeat visitor at Lou Salon and will continue to come back (despite moving over to the western suburbs!).
