I moved my dog here from another vets because they were happy to cut his nails for me every six weeks...best part was they did it for free (but only when done by vet nurse). My adult dog had been fine at the previous vets, had no problem entering and was fine with the vet. At the new vets, first few visits were fine. When I went in there, the vet nurses would not let me go out with my dog while they cut his nails. On the third visit, he stunk really bad because of squirting anal glands. After this visit he pulled back every time I went near the door entering the vets, would end up horrendously shaking and dribbling from the mouth. I did not reward this behaviour by talking, patting or making eye contact when he did this. He just kept getting worse to the point where he started biting them and I would hear him squeeling like a pig every time they took him out the back. They started having to use a muzzle on him; he hated them so much that they could not even get the muzzle on or off so I had to start doing this. I asked them again if I could come out with my dog and they told me no! I have since moved him to another vets where his nails are cut while I am present and they do not have any problems with him. In saying this, I must ad that when I have seen the vetinarians, they have been most helpful and the cost has been cheaper than most other vets I have visited. I would not recommend this vet to another friend,

On-line through a third party website, we tried to book for the amount of nights we wanted but unfortunately, we could not get the full 7 nights in the type of apartment we wanted (budget) so we ended up only booking 6. We thought we would have to book 6 nights in the type of apartment we wanted, then have the last night paying a higher price for the next level of accommodation up (premium apartment). When we tried to book just one night in a different apartment through the third party website, it would not let us as it was a minimum of 3 nights booking. We then contacted Aquarius directly, who upgraded us free of charge, to an apartment on the tenth level so we wouldn't have to change rooms. The view was unbelievable - amazing. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the warm summer's night eating our dinners with a glass of wine. Positives: location (easy to get to everything), view, friendliness of the staff (when we did happen to see someone at the very small front desk), locked complex - need a swipe card to enter, next door to RSL (great for cheap meals), air condition was very nice and cold, 2 x swimming pools to choose from, 2 bathrooms in the apartment, foxtel tv, wifi, plenty of utilities, car park underneath, friendly people who live there (in their own apartments), friendly staff. Not so good: toilet number 2 was blocking & smelt bad (but they came up ASAP when we reported it), bathrooms had not been cleaned properly, wifi connection was painfully slow (to the point where you just gave up every time). Would we stay there again? Yes, definitely and we would recommend it also.
