I'd never used bond cleaners before, so didn't know what to expect ... all the websites claimed to be the best!! River City responded to my initial email enquiry within an hour, which was on a Sunday. On the phone, Matt couldn't have been more helpful, was never pushy and didn't once just assume I would give them my business. The two cleaners turned up on-time, were well-presented and knew what they were doing ... real professionals. As I had to leave for work they updated me throughout the day and when they were finished locked up AND offered to drop the key into my real estate agent (who two days later could not fault the job). Overall they did what they said they would and were just a pleasure to deal with, not usually what I associate with tradespeople or contractors. Price-wise, I did get 4 quotes and several other estimates online; River City were slightly higher than mid-range (definitely not the dearest). The best $400 I spent in the course of my entire move and worth every cent. I'd support this business again and recommend anyone to do the same.
