I was the only customer in the store, and I had to actually interrupt one of the employee's, as all 3 were surfing the net.
Was told incorrect information on their wireless broadband in regards to full credit for USB unit.
Were happy to take my money and sign me up, not good at back up service.

Bad service. Photo's on menu look nothing like the food presented in front of you (when it does finally arrive).
Was told they order as part of the group from Melbourne. Our 'fresh' seafood was frozen prawns smaller than your thumb nail.
Had to practically beg their employee's to order drinks.
The place wasn't even 1/4 full, and still very bad service. Never again.
