The set up is amazing, a playground, change table and toys while you wait. Then amazing staff that made my 1 year old enjoy his first haircut. He got to choose a DVD to watch while sitting in the wiggle car. Then they offer you a certificate for babies first haircut and a little bag to take some hair for the baby book. I recommend not booking during the school holidays as everyone else is. Very experienced ( was in Niddrie, Vic) for many years before the Airport west store.
