Longstanding business in the area that supplies everything for your pet. From bedding, to fish aquarium accessories, to pet food, to pets themselves. Their prices are competitive especially for pet food (eg Hills Science). They have a membership club with discounts on everything you purchase, and it's free!
They make wonderful tasty cakes, that are delicious. You can order online as well. They made a birthday cake that we brought to work. It was finished in a flash, and everyone wanted to know where it was from.
Nick and Toni have been in hairdressing for most of their lives. I've followed them after 3 location changes, and I think they find their current place the best. They offer excellent hair cutting, styling, colouring services. Toni does the best wedding styles. I can't imagine letting anyone else do my hair
Recently under new management, with a new arrangement of products. Good service with a smile. All the papers, mags, cards and wrappings, plus a range of gifts, knick knacks and stationery that you might need
This is a gem of a store, with lots of yummy things to try and buy, and then go back to buy some more. Something for everyone with great cheeses, pates, meats, sauces, and more recently delicious sandwiches, soups in winter and the fabulous hot dogs. Once you start, you can't stop
I've shopped at this Coles for ages, and since the Foodland opened across the Parade, it has definitely become less busy. Coles recently have made all their prices the same across the state, so probably will benefit with a lowering of prices. Easy to negotiate the aisles, and definitely quieter and quicker to duck in and grab stuff
Reputed to have the best prices in Adelaide, and it's probably true. Don't always carry the same lines of products that the bigger supermarkets get, but it's not usually an issue. Great deli section. Can get really really busy on Saturdays which makes negotiating the aisles challenging.
I've bought lots of things from Dealsdirect. Some of the items were a bit cheap, but most were really great value. The only hassle is not being able to cancel orders if you've accidentally put one through, and want to immediately change your mind. I had to wait quite a few months for store credit.
This bakery has been on the Norwood map for many years, and consistently produces yummy treats. Buns, cakes, doughnuts (to die for), and the whole range of savoury pies/pasties and more. I just love their giant meringues! They make great cakes too to take home
They make the best kitchener buns, cakes, I could go on and on. Yes, busy, but worth waiting for. They have been a local "secret" for years, and everyone knows that if you go here, you're not going to be on a diet!
