I have flown jetstar 3 times....................and all 3 times the flights were delayed by quite a bit. The last time was a joke, there was very limited communication between guests, who were all getting very annoyed. Boards had not been updated to reflect this. Everything was a shambles.............. People even thought they had missed the plane. Would never fly with again, not even if you paid me

I fly a few times a year, and prefer to use Virgin over other airlines. They go to a lot of places within australia, and have more than 1 flight per day to capital cities. Cheap competitive prices are a must for me, and they tend to leave there competitors behind. Staff have always been Super friendly, funny and welcoming on my flights..........Keep up the good work

Tonight I went to KFC at gatton........The food was super hot, fresh and tasty. I received friendly fast service from drive thru service......... Not just on this occassion, but most of my visits to this store have been excellent
