I have used Joe to inspect my new home during my construction stages. He has been fantastic and thorough. His reports are very clear. All I had to do is to hand the reports to my builder and they fixed the defects without asking any questions. As this is our first building experience, I had a lot of questions and Joe went over and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me advice. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone.
