Nice food, reasonably priced and good service. The whole family enjoys going here and it's very close by for easy access in terms of location. Definitely recommended it.

Once we signed the contract there was limited interaction and lack of customer service. You do not deal with the sales consultant any more, you deal with "The Office". My experience:- Phone calls are ignored or not returned, and if you do get to speak to someone you are made to feel like they are doing you a favour. Staff on end of phone only give first name or no name at all....(Not a culture of Customer Service in my opinion - ).....Office processes and Paperwork are antiquated / disorganised. Building Supervisor contacted me twice during whole build process only after repeated phone calls / text messages and emails pleading with him to call me. The project ran over time and over budget and they nearly sent us bankrupt. We are still fixing things at our expense because Folio refuse to deal with them. Build with someone else or build yourself but avoid Folio Homes at all costs. No stars...
