The ladies in this office did a transfer of title for me. I was sent an invoice to pay almost immediately (which I did, silly me). As soon as they received my payment I felt like I no longer mattered. Their communication with clients is poor and at times terribly rude. This was the first time I had used them and will definitely be the last. Complete nightmare.

Avoiding local suppliers as cost and service isn't a priority for them, I found Western Distributors fantastic. Their range of carpet to their competitive prices are the best and their customer service (from the warehouse to the carpet layer) is also very good. I got new (great quality) carpet and underlay throughout my house.

I ordered commercial style black security fencing from Triple Star and found the customer service (from the receptionist to the delivery driver) and prices the best in Melbourne. Prompt, efficient and competitive!!!

Desperation led me back to Roscoes and on the few occasions I have spent my hard earned money here I always walk out disappointed, frustrated and at least half a meter short in mulch that I have paid for!!! The customer service is shocking, the prices are high and the quality is horrendous. I will now drive to Melton to get what I paid for and a complimentary HELLO!

Being very loyal customers of the Good Guys at Taylors Lakes we are always impressed with the service, the prices and also the - no questions asked - approach if an item we return is faulty - they replace it immediately (unlike some other well known retailers who will only send goods off for "repairs" and even then this is a huge problem). Shopping here is easy and pleasant!

Just visited the Sunbury Flooring Xtra as we had received a flyer stating they're having a massive sale. As we try and support our local shops we always give them a go first. Once again we have been disappointed with the local. The service was poor (I felt I was a burden) and I am unsure where the ''massive sale'' was suppose to be. The lady serving me wasn't at all interested in helping me or getting my business. Definitely another store I'll be avoiding!!! Just goes to show why giant retail businesses (Bunnings) are soaring with success, I'll rather spend my hard earned money there!

Being first time customers to this store after hearing great reviews about their prices and customer service I was extremely impressed with our experience. We spent $600 on paint (Wattyl) for our entire house inside, approx. 63 litres, (including three different colours) and estimated it would've cost nearly double elsewhere. The gentleman who served us was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this store for all your painting requirements!! I find great customer service like this store provides is few and far between!

My mum and I had dinner booked for 6.30pm and purchased tickets to a tribute show that I was told would start at 7.30pm. Upon entering the function hall where the show was to be held, there was limited seating and the majority of that seating was outside. Finally at 8.50pm, fed up, annoyed and full of mosquito bites we walked out as the show had still NOT started. Since my mum and I weren't drinking this certainly was not a venue we felt comfortable in. Will definetely NOT return to this hotel/pub.

After dining at Foodstar for the first time, this will definetely be the last time. The service was dissapointing, the price was OK, the food was oily, tasteless and of poor quality. The cleanliness was appauling and decor in need of an extreme update. Not recommended at all.

In desperate need of a window repair for my vehicle and after calling National, O'Briens and several other local (Sunbury) businesses all of whom were uninterested in the job (one even told me he doesn't have time to help) I found Brent and Tim from Total Autoglass in Melton. From the start I got very professional, very keen, very prompt service and had my window repaired in brilliant timing. And to top it off I was charged $240 for the repair - thats $110 cheaper than a quote received elsewhere! I highly recommend this father and son team! Thanks guys!
