After 10 years with HCF I'm now leaving them due to incurring $600 of medical expenses they would not cover (gyno, ultrasound & reflexology) under Singles TOP Multicover. Please be warned that even if your provider has a number it doesn't mean you are covered, even when you have the highest cover. It's their legacy products ONLY that are covered, not the current ones. And they won't put anything in writing to tell you that.

Today was my first visit to the clinic, being handy to home and on the HCF provider list. I highly recommend this place for it's cleanliness, friendly staff, attention to my needs and dental knowledge. Rosemary explained everything thoroughly, had the best bedside manner I have ever encountered and listened to my colourful dental history with such pleasantry I want to go back before the 6 month check up is due!

I've been going here for a few years intermittently with a few different issues. They are great at working with you to resolve the issue and not having to have ongoing treatment. Great bedside manner too, very friendly, easy going physiotherapists. With HICAPS too.

A clean and friendly salon, I got a shellac mani & pedi and knew up front the costs (available on website) and was mostly happy with the service although I would've liked a magazine offered to me and a foot massage with my pedicure. Will go back.

This is a hidden gem, from the greeting at the beginning to the wash, cut and blow wave everything was terrific, and very cheap for a city salon! I got what I asked for and relevant suggestions to tweak my current style, very happy, still after my fourth visit, I'll definitely keep going back.

This place is terrific, I'm looked after from start to end by Carmel while Bill is busy in the (super tidy) workshop. Great forward quoting and accommodating. Very thorough and would recommend to everyone. Cost below is for Major Service.

My Topfield PVR died suddenly, I gleaned from Google it was a capacitor, Unmesh was able to rule out the capacitor and for $30 determine the problem for me (powerboard and not worth the fix). I got in on a Sunday after a call to him on the Saturday afternoon, fantastic and will definitely be back if another electronic thing fails on me.

I got a Group Buy to go here, the Spa Treatment was nice, they put a natural treatment on your scalp for half an hour. I had been warned by other reviews off Google that the straightener was a no go zone, so I got my hair cut (just the ends) after wash which was my choice, and then blow dried. No products used, but he did do everything as I asked for so I'm not complaining.
I think the team are Japanese, very softly spoken and I'm blaming that on my inability to understand him quickly :)

I ordered the Chicken Wellington, straight up I was told it was cooked fresh and would take up to 40 mins. I was prepared to wait and let me say it was worth waiting for! Delish chick breast cooked perfect with yummy sauce and crunch puff pastry. I ordered Mash instead of chips and salad, that cost a bit more but is my preference with this meat dish.

I had a free flyer, but I also had a new back pain, so I got down to my local Chiro and had a go. After finally meeting with the him I we went through to the assessment room, I'm not commenting on that except to say I was extremely surprised (and pained) when he twisted my back forcibly at the point where I'd said I was in pain! Two more visits ensued (benefit of doubt), no questions asked about how I was feeling, any changes, nothing, the opposite to conversationalist. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt - we were lined up, 5 min sessions each in rotation. So I was adjusted based on the first visit alone and walked away feeling none the wiser and somewhat bemused.
