Totally disgusted with the attitude of the staff at this hair salon, rude, unprofessional and unwilling to accept feedback.

I walked into this hair salon just to provide a feedback for the recent hair colour that was meant to give my hair a bit of shine but instead it made my hair even duller than it was before. I was aiming to advise the staff that the product used on my hair is not good enough for a professional hair salon like this so that they can replace it with a better product, but unfortunately, the sharp words spat out in utter disrespect, did not give me a chance to explain my point.

I guess it is time to accept that feedback from a customer, either negative or positive, is the only way you can improve your business. Very disappointed.
