Al is a very pleasant knowledgeable guy. I had an unknown electrical problem. He fully explained what he was doing & why. When he found the problem he explained what caused it & possible solutions. Definitely recommend him especially if you don't know what your problem is.

Castle Glen makes a huge range of liqueurs as well as wines & cider. At Montville Cellars you cannot only see & buy the range but you can also sample any or all of them before you buy. The liqueurs are all natural & preservatives free using raw, natural ingredients. They even have a shelf life of over 25 years once opened & 5 years for creme liqueurs. We spent about an hour here sampling a great variety of liqueurs. I love my chocolate & after sampling all the chocolate varieties I couldn't decide which I liked best. I then discovered that they do packs of miniatures. I got 7 x 70ml bottles of each of the chocolate liqueurs for $40. There are other variety packs ranging from 3 to 6 bottles at varying prices. It's the best way to shop.

This was recommended by Alan at The Falls where we were staying as one of the few restaurants open on a Monday night. We called in at about 3pm to check & made a reservation. We were casually asked if it was an occasion, so we said yes an anniversary. When we were shown to our table it was decorated with sprinkles on the table, decorations in the wine glasses & a little card that said 'Happy Anniversary' in silver glitter. The food was superb. We shared an entree which they happily provided a second bowl for. Being gluten intolerant, they were more than happy to accommodate the change. My salmon had crispy skin & just melted in my mouth. They also serve steak & chicken dishes. Not having room for dessert we declined and we were surprised with a "you've always got room for chocolate' plate with a chocolate plaque with 'Happy Anniversary' written in white chocolate, strawberry & cream. The staff were warm, friendly & easy to talk to. They both came & chatted with us while serving our meals & drinks. The waitress even remembered me from earlier when we made the reservation. The service was 5 star, Both our drinks & meals were served together & both our empty plates were removed at the same time so there was no intrusion (this doesn't happen very often any more). I definitely recommend that anyone looking for excellent food & service dine here whether it be a special occasion or not. They made us feel so special, we will definitely be going back when we're next up that way.

It may be difficult to find someone to help you in store but their after sales service is impeccable.

When I went looking for a new gas stove my criteria was fan forced & electric ignition.

Due to a glitch in a new computer system we were delivered a natural gas stove instead of an LPG one. They were quick to organise a replacement when I realised that although it had electric ignition there was no oven light. Albre the store manager was happy to let me upgrade the replacement.
The day my new stove was installed I went to use the oven, only to find it was not fan forced. I was disappointed but not angry so I called the store just to let them know, not expecting that anything could be done as it was installed. I received a call the next day offering to replace the stove with one that met my criteria and that they would pay for the disconnection & re-installation as Albre wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase.

All the staff I spoke to & dealt with were wonderful & bent over backward to make sure I got exactly what I wanted & that I was happy with my purchase. I can't thank them enough. Old fashioned service like this deserves to be acknowledged & recommended and I definitely recommend making your next purchase from JB Hi Fi Browns Plains.

Great tasting food & friendly service makes it so worthwhile eating here. I have eaten here a few times & it has been consistently good. The dine in area is small & cosy. They do great lunch time specials too which I have sometimes bought & eaten for dinner when I know I'm not going to have the car

Last Saturday night we had discount vouchers & decided to try the all you can eat ribs for a birthday dinner. Of 11 of us two were vegetarians. They were happy to swap the ribs for a vegetarian meal for them but it was all downhill from there. A salad with no tomato (allergy) came out with tomato, the vegetarian rissotto came out close to an hour after we had all finished our meals & had to be chased several times because of no feedback. Some of the ribs were cooked beautifully, some were very firm. The second lot they brought out was really fatty & too firm which put people off their meals. We were not asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert the entire night. We had to go looking for a waiter three times for drinks & the missing meal before one came back & assisted us (half an hour after we finished eating). Using discount vouchers we were prepared to spend on drinks & dessert but were not given the opportunity. We were offered no apology or compensation for the disgusting service.

I'm not normally a fan of sushi as it's too acid. Sushi Go Round changed my mind. I went with some work mates out of courtesy, but have been going back weekly since. It is all freshly made & not acid at all. The staff are friendly & wonderful. If what you want isn't on the conveyor they'll have it made for you at no extra charge whether it be for dine in or take away. The dishes are on colour-coded plates, each colour is a set price ($2.80 - $5.80) so you can work out how much the total cost will be to suit your budget. It's fresh, tasty & healthy.

Mum & I went in wanting something new but not knowing what. Will was brilliant. He didn't ask us to look at books for a style we might want. He just went ahead (with permission) & gave us both totally new styles that not only look great but are easy to manage & keep looking great at home. He's not just a hair dresser he's a hair stylist. I believe he's the manager but he only does hair a couple of days a week so make sure you ask for him when you book.

Absolutely fantastic. I was pricing slushie machines for my son's 21st, when I found I could get the jukebox for only $100 more. The delivery time was later than they expected, but they kept me up to date with phone calls the entire time. Everything worked perfectly & everyone had a wonderful time.

Delicious pizza with so much tasty topping you only need a couple of slices. Friendly, quick service & freshly made. They used to be on cnr Wembley & Browns Plains Rds. I thought they'd closed down & am so glad to find they just moved closer.
