Just going in every day is a chore. The staff are very sticking in promoting all their goods and services. They won't give up. They must be under so much pressure to perform and upsell products such as insurance etc.

Basically we were given a delivery time at the time of purchase, and this was not met. In fact, our car came 1 month after the delivery time. When we tried to call up to ask why there was delay, we were given the run around from person to person with 4-5 difference changing excuses. So, we got a little frustrated as you can imagine. But so did they! To the extent we were made to feel embarrassed to walk into the dealership. We were actually threatened by a manager saying that they had planned many nice things for us, but were going to take it away. It's not the right way to do business.
A month after the purchase we were given $100 less than the deposit back, I called the manager who said a lot of things happen and they can't be sure they didn't pay it. I said my bank had no records over 2 telephones because the manager was too busy, and and the manager made us go back to the dealership knowing the fact we had to travel 45 minutes to get there, rather than sending it.
This is our worst experience buying anything .... that includes buying other cars, houses, businesses!

Great opening hours, especially on Saturdays, holiday periods too. The guys are easy to relate to, and are very helpful and nononsense.
I brought punchtured tyre into them, they said the damage from the nail was unrepairable, gave me a couple of choices on tyres. I cancelled an order initially (my bad), hoping to get other quotes, but called them back a couple of days later because I left my tyre there and their price was reasonable. They promptly order the tyre in, but they ordered the more expensive one, and had fitted it to my rim. My tyre was a $397 tyre, I was hoping for the cheaper option for $297 they game me when they first ordered, but didn't want any more hassels so I took it anyway. These are performance tyres and are more expensive than general tyres.
