We called The Superior Door Company back in January to get a new sliding security door installed. We paid a deposit and were told the door would be installed in the next few weeks. 7 months later we have no sliding door and no refund and no apology. We called so many times and were promised calls back but no one called. We finally asked for a refund and today I received in the mail a cheque made out to my partners first name spelt incorrectly and my surname - so we cannot cash the cheque. I called them once again and the rude woman said we had to return the cheque ourselves for the new one to be reissued. I said I'd leave it in our mailbox for them to collect as its their mistake and she said 'for gods sake, if you don't return it you wont get another cheque'. Disgusting company. There is nothing 'Superior' about them at all!
