I went to see Mathew about my habit of routinely drinking alcohol every night, and not being able to stop. We worked on underlying issues which were contributing to this behaviour.
Mathew has many skills, he is perceptive, trustworthy, a great listener and friendly. His professional skills, even though I’m not sure I understand all of them, work to create changes ! Mathew works quickly and explains everything clearly, he works on the issue without you spending hours telling him your whole life story, which I previously experienced with other therapists.
I am thrilled that I now have control of my drinking and have strategies in place, and overall I feel so much better in myself, and I am in charge of my life now, instead of the alcohol controlling me. Highly recommend.
