Bathtime renovated our bathroom more than a year ago and we were really pleased with quality of their work. Their tradespeople were friendly, punctual, highly experienced and always cleaned up after themselves when they left.

A problem with our shower base showed up after the bathroom was completed and it took quite a long time for Bathtime to respond when we advised that it needed to be fixed, which was frustrating and worrying. However when they eventually did, the issue was thoroughly inspected and the repairs were completed efficiently and to a high standard, at no cost.

We're glad to be able to say Bathtime do honour their warranty and take pride in doing a job well, although it may take a bit longer than expected.
