Took my car there on the weekend, yes it may have had a couple dog hairs on the back seat (I had removed most of them prior - not that there was many as I don't have a dog, just move a friends dog very occasionally).
I was charged an extra for dog hairs (they must have used a magnifying glass to find them) AND
for bugs on the BACK tailgate of the wagon. Now how did I ever get so many bugs there!!!! - I certainly don't drive around in reverse at 110km hour. These so called bugs were lawn clippings - I had reversed parked into a public car park next to lawns. While I was out, the council mowed the lawn, hence lawn clippings on the back of my car. They brushed off with my hand.
He had the cheek to say they "Don't rip people off" Wonder why he had to say that - maybe others have said it.
