Bought few times from those guys and every time the service was superb. Last one estimated delivery on Friday arrived 3 days earlier on Tuesday exactly as ordered, safely packed and their range and prices are great.

Placed an order on the 4-th of February with the extra cost for express shipping. Received automaticaly generated invoice. The End. Tried to call there are 2 numbers listed on the website on both numbers get a Telstra message Your call could not be connected. Never again will deal with them.

I ordered CTek battery charger from them. Very good price, something like 25% better than next one. I expected the charger to arrive by the end of the week, it was delivered on Tuesday. Very happy with the service received. The only reason for 4 stars overall is the charger was on special on their site but to get the special you need to order it from Specials, if you select to buy it from the normal product list
you will be charged the regular price, which is still very good.

Very reliable business to deal with. I ordered from them few times and the service was without a flaw. On last occasion some of the items were not in stock, they called me on the day I placed the order to ask if I am ok to wait about a week for the order. The supplier has the tools in stock and it may take few days to get the tools before shiping the whole order. The tools arrived earlier that I was expecting. Great people to deal with.

The order never arrived, the contact phone number they provide on the webpage rings without anybody answerring, no reply to the email, no reply to the chat on the website. Absolutely the worst customer service I came accross.

I bought from Cameras Direct several times and every one was without any problems. The goods arrive as ordered, no delays, no issues, safely packed. Great service. Like with eveything check other suppliers, some items are priced very good, some you may find cheaper somewhere else. I will use them in the future without hesitation.

I ordered helmet camera and few accessories from Camzilla. Within couple of hours I received a phonecall, one of the items was not in stock and was expected by the end of the week. They said they will send the items in stock now and the other one as soon as it arrives and asked if I was ok with that. I said it's ok for me to wait and they can send the whole order when the missing item arrives. The following day they called me again they expecting the stock to arrive on Friday and depending what time they receive it they will send the order on Friday or Monday. The order was send on Monday and I received everything on Tuesday. I believe they have done great job keeping me informed what is happening. They gained another satisfied customer.
