Joe from Adelaide Drain Clean is an excellent tradesman! A wealth of knowledge, always willing to answer my questions. I've had him out on 2 occasions and both times he arrived shortly before the time he quoted.....amazing!. We're at Hawthorndene & was able to provide next day service. Reasonably priced

Perhaps I am just overly pedantic about cleaning my home... I hired this company to clean my house as I am on crutches following surgery. My house has 2 bathrooms & sep toilet, 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas & kitchen. All were in a reasonable state before the clean was required, tho we have 2 inside dogs, my partner cleaned the house throughout the week before. Paid for a 2 hour clean that took he fellow 1.75 hours. He made a bit of a song and dance about the bathrooms & that he was only there for 2 hours. He used a backpack style vacuum cleaner not he floors, which with the dog hair, didn't do a decent job (we use a vaccy with power head attachment). In the sep toilet, there was wee stains around the base after the clean (we also have 2 young boys learning to use the toilet). There was still gunk between the shower screen doors & floor. I did expect better. I only noticed these things after he had left, I didn't venture over the mopped kitchen floor, was a bit scared of slipping on my crutches. On a couple of good notes, he used his own chemicals & clothes & he did mop the front porch, it needed it. Not worth the $88.00 paid

I bumped into Anthony at a local hardware store while I was looking for fixing for my gate posts I was installing. He offered some very helpful advice. I was having trouble understanding what he was telling me as I am not totally technically minded. He was able to reword what he was saying so that I could understand. He helped me at my home, showing me what would be the best thing to do.
I found him so very helpful & a great knowledge base.
He provided an amazing service, and I am very grateful for his assistance.

The best meat! The best service! I went in for sausages (preservative free) this afternoon for dinner that night. The freshest sausages I have ever had, fantastic. The preservative free sausages come in packs of 9 sausages, usually frozen, but just enough for the family of 4.
The butchers recognise me when I come in & always welcome you with a smile. They are very friendly.
And they offer a slice of fritz (old school-style) for the kids :)

Was very much looking forward to getting a coupleof cakes for my brothers birthday. Years ago, this bakery was fantastic. Today, not! The caramel slice did not have much caramel, the chocolate topping was discoloured & the biscuit base tasted burnt. The Banana Caramel pie, ewww fake banana flavour, sickly tasting. The chocolate donut appeared over cooked, it was dry & not as good as I've had before.
The service was excellent, lovely lady working there, polite, friendly & interested in her customers.
But that does not make up for the very disappointing cakes that were purchased.
It must have changed hands since the last time I was there.

Fantastic customer service. Great quality fruit & vege. The ladies who work there show interest in their customers & families which makes you feel important.

The staff are always friendly & helpful. They remember me & my family when we come in and are interested to ask how we are going. Great service. Easily accessible.

Best chips ever!! Great fish & chicken, but the chips are fantastic....diet breaking even ;)
Service can be a little slow, but that has more to do with how busy they are than anything else. Being busy means they are well liked & great food :)

Been delaying the dentist check-up for about 8 years. This one was recommended by a friend. Great service, lady on the front desk was very nice & polite. Did not have to wait for too long. Dentist was great. Quick & easy. No work needed so completely pain free....even when it was time to pay (with private health cover)

Went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Apparently our meal order was lost, though a family of 4 sitting at a table with no meals didn't seem to alert any staff to our plight, they didn't even ask if we required any new drinks. An hour later (after asking where our meal was), we were still waiting.....
On the up side, the management were forthcoming with discount off our meals and free drinks.
And the food was fantastic!!
If it wasn't for the service (or lack thereof) we would have happily stayed for desert & more drinks.
