Chatters in Midland is great for a quick easy dinner. The service is fast and friendly, the food is always tasty, quick and the servings are large.
The only downside is sometimes it is very noisy and hard to hold a conversation when the restaurant is full.
My favourites are the Lamb Green Curry and Pad Thai.

Darlington Estate is one of my all time favourite resturants. I have been dinning there once a month for several years now. The owners are very friendly, the service is excellent and the view is fantastic. The menu changes with the seasons, so there is always new dishes to try.
Last time I was there I had the Buffalo chorizo, salsa verde, marinated Danish feta, citrus marinated olives, sundried tomatoes, coriander and black pepper crackers to start.
For mains I had the Fillet of beef, gruyere mashed potato, stringless green bean and pancetta parcel, red pepper coulis, Darlington Estate Shiraz jus. This was cooked to perfection. And for those with a sweet tooth, I highly recommend the Bombe Alaska flambé with honeycomb, its magical.
