I contacted Andrea in order to update my CV, get a cover letter and selection criteria addressed for a particular job I was looking at. Being new to the Australian job market I did not know where to start or what it was that would grab the attention of potential employers. Right from the outset Andrea was in regular contact to get the information that she needed which I greatly appreciated, especially after having dealt with other companies who either took days upon days to respond or didn't bother responding at all!
