I went for lunch two coffees and two burgers. We asked for hot coffee it was Luke warm baby bottles are hotter. The burger sounded great by the menu but mackers is much and the salad on it was appalling it cost $28.00 for two burgers (no chips, no extras and mince meat tasted like cardboard and was not cooked properly i am guessing because they were closing the kitchen shortly and did not want to serve me but they could have just said sorry because now I am reviewing them. Not impressed.

Well this was great service, a group of friends went out for a late afternoon fishing trip and as it was getting late and we were all hungry I checked on the phone for food in the area, and found this pizza place that delivered pizza to us on the water amazing and what great pizza gourmet and all we will definitely use them again.

Recently I rang this travel agent, to get a quote for a trip to Vietnam I was amazed at how friendly the girl was and how she listened to everything that I wanted, and only made a suggestion away from what I wanted to give me a better idea. I was very impressed and did not even have to go into the store, everything was done by phone and email and whithin a couple of days all done and paid for, great job.

I recently stayed here, it's a very well kept resort, accommodation very comfortable and atmosphere very tranquil and serene. I have stayed here before and food service and hospitality was great this time unfortunately they are changing management and owners and a lot of the facilities were not available, we knew this prior to going but still this did not stop us from having a good time just made it a little inconvenient to go elsewhere to eat. All in all it's a good location and not far from restaurants and the marina at Nelson Bay.

Went here on recommendation, and was not disappointed had lunch there soft shell crab, yummy, crispy skin duck leg also amazing dessert chocolate almond pudding with butterscotch sauce the best. You can get 3 courses for $40.00 each pretty good. It's worth eating there, service good ambience good and staff very friendly.

We went for dinner to try the paella, being with Spanish people wanted to know if it was authentic, to our surprise it was pretty good. Lots of seafood, chorizo and chicken. The odd thing was the peas and capsicum but a very tasty dish. cost $52 for two people which wasn't too bad it was plenty for us. Our other party ordered pizza and tapas which was pretty good too. The service good but not overly attentive they were pretty busy for a week night, weekends you definitely have to book and you do have to allow 40 mins for the paella. I would go again as it is a family business and the prices reasonable.

I have eaten here many times, the food is excellent, the staff are friendly, the ambiance is great, the owners Michael and Amanda are very hospitable, nothing is too hard, the menu is extensive and quality and presitation great. They serve alacarte, pizza etc. they also catered for my 50 birthday which was amazing. I would highly recommend them as you won't find such quality in the suburbs like this, plenty of parking. They also have the odd wine nights with matching food. Great fun.

I own an iPhone,iPad,notebook and Apple TV, numerous times I have contacted them by phone, and attended the store the service is always excellent, and they know what they are talking about. I have been to the Castle Hill store but the service is not the same. Every time I have been there with a problem or question I have always come away satisfied and the problem resolved.

I have been here many times for coffee and waffles, the staff are very friendly and happy, they are super busy all the time and the majority of clientele are phillipino, the food and coffee is great the waffles yummy. Jaz and Gil the owners have a chat and ask your opinion on anything they may be able to do better.

I have been here a couple of times Anthony the owner is the funniest guy you will ever meet, no job is too small or too big, he tells you how it is,and he is a fast talker has a joke but gets the job done. He is very reliable and his work is good. And the highlight girls is he has an ex male stripper who works for him so return visits are always a pleasure. But saying that if you want it done right there work is good.
