Parking and access can be a nightmare but the store is worth the effort. Well set out, wide range of products, great bakery and fruit and vege always looks fresh. Often there are sample stalls for you to try a new product. Even on busy days, they are quick to open up new checkouts and the express lanes are well staffed for the end of day rush.

Baines is a great store for good quality linen at a very reasonable price. They always have great bargains and a range of colours and fittings to choose from. I finds the staff in this store always quick to offer assistance and happy to help look for other sizes and colours as needed

I always find staff helpful and friendly at the checkout. Always get reminded to add to my Myer 1 points card. Plenty of variety and regular great sales. The Homewares section is extensive with lots of displays. Staff are happy to help with sizes and availability in other stores around Australia. Toilet facilities on most levels are always hygenic and clean
