Absolutely appalling customer service. Will make sure this is shared after my horrific experience with them. After organizing for my car to be dropped off at an agreed time and told on the phone twice that it would only take an hour, I arrived with my newborn and was told it would take 4 hours to complete because they were understaffed. Why wasn’t I told this prior to arriving? I rang them an hour before I arrived and was not told this. The customer service in there the worst I’ve ever come across. To make the issue even worse, I arrived back at 3pm to be told they couldn’t fix the issue! How did they not think to call me and let me know?? Absolute disgrace!!

It's one thing to offer a courtesy pickup/drop-off service. It is an entirely different proposition to deliver it. On both the drop-off to work and the pickup from work later in the day, my wife was left waiting 30-60 minutes, making her late to work and my daughter late to school. Maybe they were having a bad day? No. This occurred twice in the same week, as both our cars were due for service. Our understanding is that there are two drivers. One of them was all the way out at Leopold and the other was just flat out somewhere else. How hard would it be to put on another driver, casually, to take the overflow at peak times? Infuriating. Running out of reasons to pay the premium to keep using these guys.

I took my car to the Service department to have an Instrument cluster replaced on my 2006 focus i was Quoted $ 2 800 with a new spare key i thought that sounded a Little Expensive after Calling other ford dealees they Quoted Between $2000
and $ 2 200 Between $ 800 _ $ 600
Cheaper so i went back and told then to Cancel the installment cluster and i collect my car the Service is great the staff are great but their prices are far to Expensive for repairs

Very poor workmanship. Poor customer service. When I needed to speak to the service manager to show him the poor workmanship, was told he was busy but clearly visibly not busy. This place has lost my confidence and will never use Rex Gorell Ford ever again.

What an easy pleasant experience, Will Barnes made the whole experience perfect. The car is exactly as he described it to me (perfect) he did me a great deal on the car and even went to the effort of picking me up at the airport. Happy. I’d recommend this salesman to anyone who wants a great honest deal. Thanks Will.

Just bought car thru Nathan Duffy at Rex gorell ford hands down easiest car ever bought most helpful & attentative salesman ever, not knowing much about cars myself I new was being well looked after thank you

I helped my brother in law buy a new Transit van recently and they did an unbelievable deal on this car and after calling the other dealers in Werribee etc they said they couldnt even get the 2008 plate car even though Gorells showed me on there computer ford had hundreds of them sitting on a paddock in melbourne. the price was then haggle futher and was at least 3-4 grand cheaper than i could get anywhere else. I can see why they are the biggest dealer in Australia they just know how to bargain.

After comparing prices Rex Gorrell are very competitive in the new sales market and reasonable on trade in price. There service department however leave a lot to be desired when it comes to price. Our car went in for a basic service and suggested we spend $1200 on new parts. After taking our car to another mechanic for a second opinion we found out that these parts were not even necessary for another 15000-20000 kms. We sold the car before then so luckily that second opinion saves us quite a few dollars.
