I've been to Essential Beauty's at other locations before and this is the one that has provided the best service. The sale assistants knew what they were doing and were very helpful, good presentation also. Thumbs up.

I went in for a free skin analysis. The all round service was okay, a few suggestions were made. They were a little behind time though and I asked them to email me a quote for a few of the products which they haven't done yet. They do offer quite a few treatments so yeah.

I went in for a hearing test today, its free before you turn 21 so I thought I'd get everything checked out and investigate a hearing aid - I was born with slight loss in my left ear. The girl was VERY helpful, very happy. She did everything she could for my best interests and wasn't too focused on times and costs and the details, just the important stuff which is getting my hearing to the best level possible.

I went in the other day to pick up a new earring... The girls at the counter were terrible, they looked like they'd been up all night and dragged themselves out of bed that morning with mascara smudged under their eyes, one girl STARED at me while talking to another girl as I stood there waiting to be served. Meh, the customer service was my main problem, I haven't always had that problem however, everything else was fine and average. I'd use them again if convenient

I decided to write this review after my second visit. The first time I went in, I was overwhelmed by all the choices and walked out soon after without trying anything on. This time though, I walked in and asked to be fitted and the woman helping me was fabulous. She fitted me and brought a range of bras, and talked through the pros and cons of everything I tried on. She tried really hard to give me an understanding of what I should be looking for in a good fit. Fabulous. I'll be back

Not impressed. I had my car serviced here once and I wasn't very happy with the detail they went into, for one thing they had the wrong style of car on the service sheet which wasn't very professional. And just compared to other places I've been, they didn't give me much advice or personalised service. Average

I've been here a few times to get my hair done - each time with a different hairdresser. AVERAGE. I usually get colours or streaks and each time I've got here, I've needed to go back and ask them to fix it because it isn't even or something. They should be able to get it right the first time really... So now I just buy their products and go to a different hairdresser

I had my hair done here a while ago, they were running a promotion - half price colour services for hair models. Whatever that means! I got a great deal, the hairdressers were quite friendly and the service wasn't bad. All in all not a bad hairdresser, wouldn't say I got any special treatment that made me want to go back though.

I've had a couple of my shoes done here simply because I don't know where else to go. Service is definitely under par. I put my shoes in to be repaired, I came back 2 weeks later and they weren't done because the guy had been sick apparently, so 2 weeks later I had to go back again. Not impressed. I feel a little bad writing this review because the repairer seems nice enough, but I wasn't happy with the service. The open hours are a little odd as well. I forgot to get a number so I found myself going back and forth waiting for it to open.

This is quite an affordable hairdressers, service is average, atmosphere is average, quality was ok - I had a hair cut here and they did a dry cut, I suppose it didn't seem all that professional although I got what I paid for. Overall it's not bad for your money, the people are quite friendly.
