I really only come here for emergencies so I suppose one good thing is that you can get in at short notices. However, I feel like customers are herded through and are just something that wax is put on and hair is torn out, rather than people! There is not much customer service, and the prices are quite high, however good for emergencies

This essential beauty is much better than the Adelaide location but it's still not the best place to go for a wax. The staff are cheerful enough but there's no real customer service and you get the feeling you're just a number.

The problem I have with essential beauty is it is very much drive-through service but the cost is quite high. I would go here again if I was super busy and couldn't find anywhere else but it's a bit pot luck, where you can have one girl be decent and proficient, and the next wax you get from another girl in the same shop is rushed and painful.

I have had a few piercings done here and they have always gone smoothly. I can always get in quickly even when I don't have an appointment.

This salon has repeatedly disappointed me, I do not know why I think they will improve as they have not improved in the 10 years I have occasionally gone there. Even the male owner is hopeless, he did a pedicure for me years ago & refused to cut my toe nails! I was paying $65 for a pedicure & he would not cut my nails! He filed them instead, could he not find the clippers?

I just love there stuff its stunning and they always provide you a hand to pick the right thing for you. i value my money and they do the same ,i always get good prices there. i would suggest it to all young girls in my group to visit them.

i was so please with my visit. i had a facial. It was so relaxing and the best beauty experience. My skin was left feeling soothed and soft. The service was fantastic and also was the price.

get what you pay for. they can normally fit you in that day or the next. no chit chat. they get you in do what you asked for, and you are out. can be good it you are getting something you find embarrassing done like waxing.

I've been to Essential Beauty's at other locations before and this is the one that has provided the best service. The sale assistants knew what they were doing and were very helpful, good presentation also. Thumbs up.
