I would not recommend this business at all on so many levels.
Ordered 3 roller blinds with pelmets just before Christmas

Had a recheck measurement date for 17Jan. Waited all day. No phone call. After a lot of ranting from me the State Manager turns up to recheck the measurements. Speaks volumes right there. He tells me they didn’t really need to be rechecked. Simple job.
Today is 24 Feb. still no word from them re installation. I phone them to find out when can I expect installation. I’m told the blinds arrived this last week and a text was sent.
Recorded in their system was a completely different mobile number and the wrong email address! Unbelievable! It is correct on my order.
Then to top it off the first available installation date is 20 March. Another 3 weeks away!
And to top it off again the guy on the other end of the phone asks me to pay the balance over the phone.
Well I hit the roof. No way will I pay for anything 3 weeks out from installation. Then he said well 3 business days. The order actually says 48 hours.
So many red flags. The person who came to the house has left the company. She had only just started! I had sent her an email only to have it bounce back. Nothing from the company to allocate a new salesperson to my order!

I can’t comment on the quality as I am still waiting on the product to be installed.
