I found the toy online at Toy Universe (cheaper than both the other places I had ordered it), called them immediately and ordered it over the phone without any hassle at all. My call was answered by a real person without any delays. She was very helpful and organised to have the toy shipped this very morning so it will be here by Christmas for sure.
