After finalising a price on 2017 MY Mazda 3 Maxx that I deal on 14 Feb and delivered 21 st feb 2018 I was taken to a lady room, she demonstrated the impressive hydrophobic ability of the fibre demo car seat to me, where she poured water from her desk
I clearly remember the water was not observed by the seat at all, was stayed there as a dew on a leaf, then I asked her so water doesn't observed by the seat, her answer was 'yes'

To prove this matter she told me to wipe off the water from the seat by my hand, after wipe there was not sign in the seat
I specially remember this because she asked me if I had small kids and told me, I wouldn't be a problem if they were urinate on the seat
That hydrophobic fibre for the car seat really impressed by and was convinced to invest $ 1400 more in the car

After two weeks I was trying to demonstrate my wife pouring water over it all the water speed into the seat. I was really shocked and disappointed as well, as I had paid large amount of money for it.
Then I wrote all my problem with her, but her answer were not satisfactory
When she assure me about the hydrophobic fibre car seat she didn't provide me any website or paper so I read and decide, I trust her verbal
I would like to know, why wasn't a brochure regarding the feature under the M1 PROTEKTIVE cover given to me immediately after I bought the car, why were the details of what is covered in the package, sent to me only after a confusion regarding the hydrophobic fibre arose?
I feel very disappointed and misguided
