The main benefit I have noticed since having my bars run is that I am so much more relaxed and accepting of day to day dramas. I approach things in a more positive way and don't look for hidden meanings.

Before I met with Alex, I would analyze everything, there would have to be a underlying meaning to most things. Now, I take most things as they are said, I've stopped reading things into it, and rarely overreact as I once did, and if I do, I quickly thing about it and change my approach.

I don't let other peoples dramas get me down.

When a friend told me about Alex, I wasn't sure what to expect, what it was he did and how it could help me. The affects have been nothing but positive, and have lasting effects. Alex's approach is professional and I feel totally at ease with him.
