You guys have been pleasant to do business with. I have had other carpet cleaners promised the job only to came to the house and refused to do it because my unit is on the first level. It was frustrating and time-wasting from that carpet cleaner. So I made sure that I read into the reviews before I ring any other carpet cleaners. They would not let me open an new account even though I provided every documentations they required for. The only reason is that their head office could not find me on their identification system. I've been here for nearly two years and they told me that I can not be identified on their system. What a horrible service they have!
