Would only trust my collection of high-end vintage watches to Mr Switzer. I don’t know anybody else with his experience and expertise. Would thoroughly recommend him.

I'm a collector of vintage and antique chef's knives from around the world (French, English, German, American), most are worth $250 to $500 + each. In my opinion, Jon is the finest craftsmen of his trade in this country. If you're serious about your knives as I am, or your vintage knives are irreplaceable due to their age and/or condition, you wouldn't risk them to anybody else.
