I had a pedicure on 24 Dec 11 and the beauty therapist accidentally cut me! She was very apologetic but they still charged me full price and even kept me waiting to pay!

I should add that they did give some free foot cream to all the customers that were there at the time as a Christmas gift so that was one positive.

Bleeding aside, the pedicure wasn't very good.

I had never been to a chiropractor before and so didn't know what to expect or what was normal. After my initial visit and x-rays, I was told that my back was basically in a very bad condition (a subsequent visit to my GP made me realise my back is actually relatively normal). Follow-up visits involve about five minutes at most in the consultation room and you need to cut your own hygienic protector for your head (rip a slit in a piece of paper towelling). I was told to visit three times a week which, after speaking with people, I realise is probably too much. I didn't feel any improvement at all (I suffered from migraines and heachaches) and the final straw was when they tried to sell me orthopaedics. They also have an information session where they try and talk your family/friends into using your services. I tried calling the chiropractic association to check whether all this was normal but I didn't get to speak to an actual chiropractor and they couldn't assist me. In total (before deducting private health insurance rebates) I paid over $2,000 over three months.

Very comprehensive massage service and flexible with time and location (I live in Thornbury in the Northern suburbs). I have been using Richard's services for about six months now.

A really nice, modern setting and best of all, the dentist makes you feel comfortable and explains what is going on.
