NOT AT ALL user friendly, impossible to contact customer service, quality of connection is bad.
VERY dissapointed and regreted my decision to try. Feel like being robbed. Would recommend anyone NOT to try. Steps to start wasn't very clear, when I got my SIMcard coulnd't use it directly, then hard to get help that I got charged for another month without even using it yet. When I decided to cancel they act very promptly charging me $20 and forfeiting all remaining credits!! Before I got to cancel, they auto-recharged me for another $20 saying I've less than $20 in my account while I still had $20.18!! Notification to auto-recharge came less than half a day before they charge so I didn't have time to act!! Will never ever want to have anything to do with them again, EVER!!!!

chicken wasn't cooked, we can still see blood, then we took it back to the counter, not at all sorry, just re-cooked n served it again. Chips were cold, no cutleries available, the ones that we took were still dirty. Then a staff just put a bottle of sauce on our table as if the table were empty, not a word, not even looked at us. No soap in the toilet
