We had high expectations of this place and were very disappointed. Rooms were filthy, outdated and just not very pleasant to be in. For the price that they charge you'd think that they could spruce it up a bit. Looks the same as when I visited after the Expo! At least there some nice shops around the resort(?!)

I started using them for corporate car hie about a year ago. Our clients seem quite happy with the cars and there've been no mechanical problems at all... the reason we went away from the big dealers in the first place. Cars are always spotless and at reasonable rates, too.

The Swanston is at the lower price range. It's basic but clean and has everything for an overnight stay but I wouldn't want to stay for longer. It's clean but very basic. The staff are lovely though

This place has everything you could possibly want for. I travel to Melborne once a month for work and it's just become a home away from home. I'm greeted by name and the rooms are lovely. Sorry I can't give you the price cos it goes on the work credit card but they've not complained about the bill so can't be too bad ! :-)

I use this website for comparisons all the time for business and personal flights. I can't understand why people troll through all of the airline websites when it's all in one place. it's great

Stayed here over the break with friends booked in as well. They've got everything that you need on site including some really good restaurants. You can just lounge by the pool while the kids are at the kids club. It was sooo relaxing. Not cheap but what is at Surfers and at least you don't have to go looking for entertainment

Most of their surveys come through "Mine Surveys". They are good and the one I did this morning paid out $6. No waiting for "pending" and when your're up to $20 you cash it in for a Coles Myer card... no choice. They are great if not consistent

I have received 2 x $50 cheques in 6 months and only a few surveys away from the next. Surveys pay about 30 to 40 points each and you need 1000 to be eligible for the $50 cheque which takes around six weeks to arrive

They have only been open for a couple of months max. Went there for lunch at the weekend. I had the Barra Burger which came with chips. Fish was fresh and batter crunchy and not too thick and burger huge and delicious. My daughter had the kids pasta which was...okaay. Basic but cheap and came with a drink and icecream. I had ginger beer. All up $29

This is the place to go for big family get togethers. Their marinara is to die for. They are really friendly and quite happy to make something, within reason, if it's not on the menu
