Went in there for the first time yesterday. According to the other customers it's only just opened. It's right outside Ritchies Supa IGA. The prices were great although as pointed out by another customer it could be an opening spree. I got portabello musrooms for $6 kg. Truss tomatoes were $3 kg. Quality was great. Looking around and they had a big international deli section as well with a huge variety
My girlfriend recently had a baby and the basket that was tailored for her was beautiful. Will definitely use them again
Approximate cost: $75
This place is way cool. Great for coffee and cake and the meals look delicious, too. It's more than just a cafe. There's a lot to see as well vand the staff are lovely.
It looks like this is the boss's place to go for work shouts. I love them. Great variety and beautifully decorated. Everyone at work has raved about them
My boss shouted morning tea yesterday and bought in a box of these. They were delicious. My daughter wants a tiered stand for her 10th birthday. Hey...I won't have to bake.
I've ordered books and DVD's from them. They come from overseas so your nop getting them anytime soon...give it a month... but the price makes all the difference. A book off the shelf for $18 her will only be about $7 and they have frree delivery
An auction site that so far I have only used to buy wine. There have been a few complaints (not on WOMO) but from what I've read they've all been from the uninitiated to the auction. Once you click on "Place Bid" you've entered a contract. If the wine tastes terrible, hey you only threw a few dollars away. I've been trying different wines from there for a couple of years and I've had a couple that ended up in the garlic prawns but I've just received my latest box. It cost me $32 for 6 1 X litre bottles of shiraz merlot and it's going down very well. Give it a go
I probably shouldn't be reviewing this business since I didn't actually make a purchase. I was ignored for 10 minutes, ordered some fish which I checked by smell before the girl sealed the bag. You know the whole "fish should only ever smell like the sea" thing. It stunk! I gave it back and told her it was off, she shrugged and just put it back in the cabinet. I asked her what the country of origin was for their barramundi she said that she didn't know and when I told her that by law they must display that information was told that I was wrong and it didn't matter...well you can understand why I walked away empty-handed
I go there once a month to fill my freezer. They are a lot cheaper than the supermarkets over the whole range and are only too happy to cut the size piece of meat (gotta love a big juicy steak!) that you want. Service is excellent and the vegie shop next door has excellent quality and a very multicultural selection too. They sell Taro which you don't see in many places
Definitely a lot of different owners over the years. I was disappointed with my steak. I ordered medium-rare and it was well overcooked. When I complained I was told that it was diffucult to cook that cut to that level. It was a porterhouse. If I can do it at home then they should be able to! Iced coffee was nice and staff are ok
