Kapsali's a Greek restaurant in the Southbank Parklands. I personally think that the menu is too Australianised. Sure, there are souvalakis( average basic flavour) and saganaki(sauce may have come from a jar) but not a lot more authentic Greek food. I was disappointed considering I know how moth-watering authentic Greek food can be.

This was the first place I tried for a coffee at Mt Gravatt Plaza. The coffee was very average and the cake that I had was supposed to be caramel but was as hard and sugary as fudge. Couldn't eat it. I pass it every week and it's never full and very expensive.

This is the ultimate for the coffee afficionado. It takes whipping up a brew to a whole new level...think the Heston Blumenthal of coffee. I had never thought about it being such an amazing process. I think the price reflects the process, though. I got a 250gram bag for $12.50.

We had their "Mulumbimby Madness" last night. It's vegetarian - my sister's here - and it was delicious. Heaps of toppings but not cheap, though. It was a bit out of our way, but I'd like to try others before I would say that it's a defiinite return

I was tasked with morning tea provisions for the conference so thought "What the h...!" I got here early because I heard that it gets busy. I got 12 assorted macarons, 2 x mr tom brown and some small quiches. Yum. The staff are lovely and even at 8 in the morning the shop was full. The prices aren't cheap but this isn't mass produced stuff. You can see and taste that care and attention has gone into every piece. I blew $200 all up and it was worth every bite.

I parked my car with them this week while out of town on business. Quick, efficient drop off and transfer to the terminal and they were at the terminal within 10 minutes of my call to notify them of my return. Very friendly staff and good value, too

I got my sewing machine fixed by this company a few months ago. If I hadn't have googled sewing machine repairs I would never have known they were there. My machine's running better than ever. They were friendly and considering they're pretty much on the corner of Ipswich and Beaudesert Rds, parkings a breeze.

I came here to see Dr Kiemann after my previous dentist had botched a root canal. My tooth had been infected three times since the original surgery and it had cost me $4500 and then he wanted to put a crown on it at an additional cost of $2000! I was upset but Dr Keimann was fantastic. He took one look and suggested that he just fill it. My husband was with me and he hates dentists but Dr Keimann put him at ease very quickly. All up for his three fillings and my patch up it cost us $380 and I've had no problems at all with the tooth. His surgery is not fancy and he doesn't have a "white smiled receptionist" trying to talk you into all sorts of other cosmetic dentistry. He just gets the job done...the way it should be. I definitely reccommend him

Dr Fischer was my G.P when I lived in Sydney and she is amazing. She is one of the few doctors who have the courage to tell you that they don't know enough about your specific condition but then refer you to someone who does. I had optic neuritis and it's because of her that I then went on to visit an opthamologist and then a neurologist who diagnosed my M.S. I had had symptoms for years but she was the first doctor that listened and referred me on to the correct specialists. I owe her an awful lot! Thankyou Billy!

We stayed here over the Christmas break and it was great. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do. Easy to get to theme parks, shops, restaurants etc. Definitely a laid back type of holiday. Staff were friendly but to be honest looked a bit "over it" after the school holidays.
