We ordered pavers from this firm and arranged delivery which happened when arranged and the goods were true to order. When we rang to arrange for them to pick up the 3 large pellets we were told it was our problem that they didn't want them and the employee laughed. we are left with 3 large pellets that we will have to pay to be picked up and taken to the dump. More cost. If they had told us this at the outset we would have purchased elsewhere.

This bookshop has new and secondhand books. The best variety of secondhand books that I have seen for a while and the prices are very reasonable. They are happy to track down books too.

The food is always great, fish is the best of course. They are always happy to change a dish to dietary requirements and the staff go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your dining out experience

This salon does organic hair colour and the result was great, not flat as I have had at other organic salons but glossy . The staff were great and listened to what i wanted

They have an amazing number of books in this bookshop and the scale of subjects is just as wide. the staff are great to deal with and knowledgeable and are happy to track down a book they don't have in stock

This is a tiny cafe but has great bakery products and they make a nice coffee too. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and my family says that their homemade pies are the best. They always have something gluten free

For a small nursery they have a good variety of plants. The cafe is great too. We have been there for breakfast and also the odd cup of coffee and have always had great food and great service

We have bought and sold through this agent and even sought her advice when buying through a different agent. We have always received honesty and an energetic approach from this agent in all our dealings with her

Catering for a coeliac was no problem but we were worried about being low salt may make things difficult but they were happy to leave things out and did not make us feel as though we were being difficult
