I have just retired had had to set up a new home computer with a laptop, docking station, two screens, scanner and printer, and change from Windows 7 to 10. The scanner and printed were old and the rest was new. Not being very tech-smart, all I had managed to do was connect the laptop to the docking station. The rest was beyond me, mainly because the display drivers needed altering and the screen connections were different from the old ones and did not seem to want to docked. I called Techbug and got Ru to come out. He was quick (I waited two days, only because one was a public holiday) and right on time; he sent a text message to confirm he was on his way. He was pleasant, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. It was not an easy job, even for an expert, yet he did it all quickly and well. I now have a fully functioning system and am very grateful. What needed doing was well beyond my abilities and in fact well beyond most computer users as nothing was matching up, despite me buying all of the same brand. Ru is professional, competent and extremely pleasant. I would not hesitate to use his services again and will recommend Techbug to my friends.

I have recently moved into a low-set house and wanted good security on the windows. Aaron from Security Wyse was fast with his quote, Paul was efficient an the installer and the whole job was completed within two weeks. They were efficient and pleasant and the produce is excellent and cheaper than its competitors. I would recommend their service to anyone.
