Extremely happy with the work done by John. Very fairly priced given the quality of the workmanship, his honesty and the pride he takes. Arrived on time, communicates well, cleaned up, and gave great advice. We'll definitely be using his services again in future, and would absolutely recommend him to others. Also very appreciated that he was respectful of pets and open doors - a lot of tradespeople are terrible with this so it was quite refreshing!

Scammers, liars, rude and breaking consumer laws.
Advertised a product on their website for $149, but when you phone, you are told the price is now $199. After a few different variations, the story eventually settled on was that the website price was an error, which they admitted to (and I have the screenshots to prove it) but that they refused to honour this price. He told me that I was a liar and hung up on me. My electrician had recommended them as a retail place to purchase appliances, but both he and I are now going to ensure anyone looking for goods avoid this shonky business completely.
David the manager assured me that he had been doing this for 18 years so he was comfortable to flout consumer laws.
