My experience with David from Pioneer Business Coaching was neither actively sought nor planned for.
However I can't convey how much myself and my business has benefited from his services.

My initial interactions with David were through our local surf club. In his first year as Junior Activities Chairman (and second year with the club) he has turned our nippers program around. Our club has benefited from a fresh perspective from somebody who is forward thinking and unafraid to implement change to take the club forward. I can say this with some authority as I was the preceding JAC.
Our Junior Activities team also received the award for Junior Activities Innovation of The Year at
the Awards Of Excellence from the Sydney Branch of Lifesaving. This innovation was conceived and implemented almost single-handedly by David. This innovation is currently being adopted by the Sydney Branch.

It was only through talking to David that he offered to look at our business and the mechanics, structure etc.
Our building/maintenance business has grown over the last 12 years to employ 17 people as well as engaging contractors and consistently delivers to a number of blue chip companies including companies that own and lease land at Sydney Airport as well as a number of government organisations.

I was reluctant to have anybody analyse our business as I have grown the business through trial and error and was sceptical that any changes could be implemented or constructive observations made.

I am all too happy to say that I was wrong.
Our business has benefited immensely and we now have a clarity around our business which was previously vacant.

I cannot thank David and Pioneer Business coaching enough. We have gained insight into parts of the business that I honestly didn't even realise were part of it's makeup.
