I became a customer after reading some excellent reviews on WOMOW about this clinic, and this is how our experience unfolded...
When calling the clinic with an emergency case on Saturday, and having to make numerous telephone calls throughout the day, I was assisted by two wonderful vet nurses (namely Shayna and Jess) who were super polite and went out of their was to help me. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I felt confident that we had chosen the right clinic for our dog's emergency case. Unfortunately things went full circle the next day when a different vet nurse was on (name withheld). The bill is also currently in dispute as we were quoted a cost for treatment over the 'phone by one vet (before we made the 3.5-4 hour journey to the clinic), but were presented with a bill for several hundred dollars more when we fronted the clinic to pick up our dog post surgery!

I had the DISpleasure of having one consultant with Molinari. I was supposed to have a second consult but I left because he kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes (even though we had an appointment) due to the fact that he was having an extended lunch! I found him to be arrogant, probably chauvinistic, certainly full of his own importance, and ultimately a poor solicitor (in that once my matter went to court I found that the information he had given me was completely irrelevant and of no use to me whatsoever)!

Really easy to organise the hire of their dingo (to lay water pipes on the farm) and at a reasonable full day rate, we could not have done the job any other way! The equipment was in good condition and has been well maintained so we didn't have any down time due to repairing or trouble shooting with the dingo. Would definitely hire equipment from them again in the future if required.

A really pleasant experience - the guys here were not condescending (even though I'm a lady) and went out of their way to assist me and to also save me money. They took their time in weighing up all of my options and worked with me to make the best decision based on my car's needs and my budget. A great team who come highly recommended!

We have eaten here on many occasions and the food has always been delicious and of a high standard. The pricing structure is however as you would expect to find in a more upmarket restaurant but the value is in the specials which are often both delicious and reasonably priced. The big downside for this establishment is threefold. It is a very small restaurant which makes accessibility for prams and wheelchairs almost non-existent. It is also attached to a pub (complete with a TAB) which can detract from its overall appeal AND the standard of service is completely hit and miss - some night the wait staff are simply awesome and it is a pleasure to dine there, whereas sometimes they are rude and don't even crack a smile (the female owner or licensee is one of the worst offenders in that respect). It is fully licensed though so maybe a few stiff drinks and you'll forget the rude wait staff!!

Absolutely LOVELY people who are a pleasure to deal with and who treat their patrons almost like family members and go out of their way to do anything for you! Just amazing! Unfortunately though, the food is really awful and whenever we have had to dine their (for functions etc) we have generally left hungry as we couldn't stomach the food. Not everyone has had this experience though and many locals LOVE the food so it may just be us!

Absolutely lovely husband and wife team who went out of their way to see me as I had an emergency case. Made me feel extremely welcome and at ease despite my obvious nerves. I was incredibly grateful to them and was very impressed by the overall workmanship and 'bedside manner' of the dentist himself. Top marks for all of that BUT they are HUGELY expensive!!

We have used this business on several occasions to repair our computer. Whilst we have always been happy with the end result, the proprietor does find it hard to have the computer repaired by the date quoted and we have always had to wait longer to get it back than originally told. Price wise though, we have found his rates to be very fair and are happy to continue using his services.

Not usually a 'pie person' I was pleasantly surprised when my hubby purchased one of their delicious pies for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It was free from any gristle (which I HATE) and didn't have huge hunks of meat in it that are impossible to eat. I really enjoyed it and will return - for another pie AND a jam donut - YUM!!

This was a visit of mixed levels of satisfaction. The war relics were an awesome sight in the waiting room and are certainly something of a highlight to the visit. The other staff members (other than the optometrist himself) were also extremely polite and a delight to deal with. The optometrist was not quite so friendly and seemed to become a little impatient with me during the testing process as I did not always understand his instructions. He seemed quite annoyed at the end when he realised that I had answered one of his questions wrong (due to again not understanding what he required me to do) thus resulting in him selecting the wrong lens for me. Not exactly a really positive experience for me especially considering that I was already quite nervous about my eye exam and the possible results of same!
