Dear WOMO members, please be wary of hiring this company!

We hired QuickSure Plumbing a couple of weeks ago in order to do an end-to-end verification of all our gas appliances and the main gas line as we became alerted by a very high gas consumption (about 2-3 times higher comparing to the previous year). At that time I was monitoring the gas meter on a daily basis.
Even when I spoke to them on the phone I mentioned the fact that we suspect it could be a dodgy appliance as we couldn’t smell any gas along the pipe.

One of their guys came in, ran a sort of pressure test and mentioned to my wife that he can see a leak on the gas line and he can guarantee that the only solution to have our “very high gas consumption” problem fixed is to replace the whole existing gas pipe. Because we were really panicked by the continuing high gas usage and so we couldn’t wait any longer, we were fool enough to accept what they proposed to us and so the very next day they came in and replaced the pipe. They’ve charged us $2500 for a half a day job and (guess what!?) replacing the gas pipe didn’t make any difference at all in terms of our daily gas usage.
So there you go: we paid $2500 (way too much, as another company quoted the same job for $1500 later ) and we continued to experience the same problem. After that I called QuickSure Plumbing again and they suggested to replace the hot water system, the gas ducted heating unit etc ... At that point I realised that they didn’t know what they were doing. All they did was just trial and error, while playing with people’s money.
Then I called a different company which easily figured out that the culprit was the ducted heating unit which they fixed in no time and solved our problem.

I am sorry for you guys at QuickSure Plumbing but I’m giving you the minimum rating due to your lack of technical expertise, the exaggerated price that you charged us for replacing the gas line as well as for the lack of customer service.

We hired Fencing Dynamics in order to supply and install a new colorbond fence on our property. We also required the new fence to match one of the existing fences in terms of colour, profile etc …

These people are friendly, professional and true experts in their field. They always showed up at the exact date and time that we agreed upon, did the quoting and took the time to explain what needs to be done in every detail. When it came to doing the actual work, I was thrilled to observe the attention they paid to details and the fact that they cleaned up after themselves. The quality of workmanship is second to none and this was particularly noticed by a lot of people who visited us after the fence was installed.
In the end let me say that we were happy in regard with every single aspect of our experience with Fencing Dynamics: quoting process, communication, price, the products supplied, the actual work that was done, etc …
I will never hesitate to recommend Fencing Dynamics and I am looking forward to work with them again in the future.

We hired Efficient Pure Plumbing in order to supply and install a new gas ducted heating system on our property.

These people are very friendly, professional and true experts in their field. They always showed up at the exact date and time that we agreed upon, did the quoting and took the time to explain what needs to be done in every detail.
The actual installation was done by Kevin and Darren. Apart from doing a fantastic job, these two guys were also very polite, paid attention to details and cleaned up after themselves.
In the end let me say that we were happy in regard with every single aspect of our experience with Efficient Pure Plumbing: quoting process, communication, the very competitive price, the product supplied, the actual work that was done, customer service etc …
I will never hesitate to recommend Efficient Pure Plumbing and I am looking forward to work with them in the future.

We took one of our cars for repair at PJ's Panels.
These guys are very friendly and professional so it’s easy to figure out that they definitely know what they do.
The actual repair job was fantastic especially given the fact that it had to be done in a tricky spot.
I would recommend PJ's Panels everytime I’ll get the chance and we also consider to hire them again in the future. But I hope we won't need any further repairs :)

We hired Michelle for a photo session with our 3 week old daughter. Her attitude towards the customers (in terms of work ethic, communication skills, photography related knowledge etc ...) exceeds all the expectations. She pays great attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind. Therefore she is a true professional focused and dedicated in getting the job done in a very professional manner and within the stipulated timeframe. The final result was outstanding and the prints that we displayed around the house get praised by all the people who come to visit us. I will not hesitate to recommend Michelle whenever I'll get the chance.

We hired David and his team for roof restoration on our property. They did full re-bedding and flexi-pointing as well as gutter cleaning, sealing the storm valleys and replacing all the cracked tiles.
These guys are very professional and it’s easy to figure out that they definitely know what they do. David is very friendly and showed up as agreed to provide a written quote which provided exact details on what needs to be done. I would recommend Next generation Roof Restoration everytime I’ll get the chance and we also consider to hire them again in the near future for roof sealing / painting.

We hired Tree FX for an Evergreen Alder tree removal from our backyard, as well as for the trimming of an overgrown hedge. These guys are one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. They are very friendly and they definitely know what they do. One of the things that I liked the most is that, from time to time, one of the guys explained what they are doing to make sure that we are happy with the outcome. The final result was outstanding and they even cleaned up the site.
In the end, let me say that I won’t hesitate to recommend Tree FX whenever I’ll get the chance.
