Often, family and friends share their unpleasant experiences with builders, building companies and the building process – making my husband and I sceptical and hesitant to build. ACX Industries was recommended to us by someone that had built with them. Alex was the first builder we met. At our initial interaction, we instantly reached a level of comfort and trust and at that point no other builder stood a chance!
Throughout the building process, we often reflected and felt very fortunate to have found ACX Industries. The project was managed in a well structured, transparent and seamless manner. We were provided with guidance, simplicity and adequate information to make timely and appropriate decisions.
The best aspect of building with Alex was feeling like we were part of the team. We brought forward ideas about what we wanted out of our home and Alex made it happen! On many occasions we may have proved to be the difficult customer but Alex proved to be patient and exceptional at managing us and our expectations.
Alex was accommodating, easy to work with and always went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the final product. We are very lucky that our home was built by someone with so much passion, pride in their work, care, attention to detail and the mindset that our home was not simply a production line product.
