Excellent customer service. Lots of smiles with fast and efficient service. I would highly recommend them as a good branch to attend. All my questions were answered and additional information provided.

Staff were not overly helpful appeared to just be interested in 'doing their job'. My consultant had a nice smile but others had no smile on their faces and looked like they just wanted to finish up for the day and go home. The queue went by quickly which was good and the overall experience was satisfactory but there is definite room for improvement with customer interaction.

Great cafe. Great service with friendly staff. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Lots of variety and smiles from friendly staff members. Even asked if they could heat my slice up for me! Hot chocolate was perfect temperature and made just the way i like it!

The quality of their products are quite good - although service could be better. I was left to wonder around the shop for a little longer than I would've liked before someone asked if they could help me.

Excellent experience in store. Staff were helpful but also gave you that time to do a walk around the shop on your own and experience it without being hounded. Friendly service, efficient and staff were well equipped to answer questions on the products sold. The value was fantastic with options to suit people on all budgets. Overall the entire experience was great.

The quality of their clothes was quite good and their service was standard. I would've liked some assistance from the sales-girl but only have one girl staff a busy store on a Friday night probably wasn't a smart idea by management. The value for money was amazing. Dresses that were similar in other stores for $100 were only $50-$60 in this store! Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this store for womens clothing that's of great quality but doesn't break your budget.
