I've had waxing in the past and have found it painful and that I always ended up with ingrowns. Sugaring is so different, it's still uncomfortable but much less so and you don't get ingrowns. Also, there is actually a change in the thickness of hair, because unlike waxing it gets at the root instead of just breaking the hair part way down.

Paola is great, her shop is very clean, she makes you feel very comfortable and does an excellent job. I am so glad that I had a friend who pointed me her way.
