Expensive is one way to put it. It's too big but it looks nice. They kind of think they are Australia's answer to Harrods of London.
Went into the Bank to open a new account, had to wait for 15 minutes only to be served by a grumpy old lady who looked life she'd prefer to be anywhere else.

The layout of the store is a little confusing and you sometimes find yourself going backwards and forwards. Can only buy cigarettes from the 8 items or less or the service counter which sucks if you have 9 items because you have to line up twice.

They have a good variety of very low priced basics, although you wouldn't do all your shopping there.

Aside from the price of the hair cut they're great but you get what you pay for. Head massage is awesome and a glass of wine. They also send you an sms reminding you of upcoming appointment.
