We bought Vinyl from Yarra valley flooring staff n 2017. Just write this review because we want to see how’s the product last.
Steve was great. Advice what to use and very friendly. We were arranging renovations ourselves in the kitchen area. Steve explains to us when is the best time to lay the vinyl.
The young guy installed the vinyl were not very good. Quality of job was not great.
After I call Steve. Steve sent his older and experience staff to fix some issue.
Issue was fixed by Steve top man.

Price was good. Service from Steve 5 stars only let down by that young guy (I think he was new -I think he no longer work there)
I do recommend Yarra valley flooring.

We bought a semg oven, Bosch Cooktop ,Bosch front loader and a Robam ranghood all from Camberwell electrical. Two reasons we choice this company. Price is good and fair. Second and maim reason is because Kym Ryan (salesperson) has great knowledge of the products she is sell, explains the products clearly. Right advice to help us choose the right product base on what we need. Great after sell service ( one item was damaged somehow and as soon as we contacted Kym, she followed up right away and get us a replacement as fast as she can). This is the service that I don’t think you will receive everywhere nowadays. Kym is the key for us to write this review so that she knows we really appreciate her assistance.

On time for quote and on time to complete the job.

Now he is helping us for our KITCHEN & LAUNDRY RENOVATION.
Pervious job we want to choose our own toilet suite and Tim was so helpful for helping us to choose the right one as soon as we text him the model we are planning to purchase. Professional, friendly, helpful and charging the right price. Also give right advice.

Now Tim is helping us to re position( Rough in ) water pipe and gas pipe for my new kitchen and laundry. Fitting new sink, tape, washing machine tap and gas cooktop etc.

Great local plumber. I'll recommend Tim to anyone if they ask me to suggest a plumber.
