Had a very annoying experience here on Saturday night, we had booked a table and when we arrived they told us there was a wait for 30 mins for a table, my husband said "no we had a booking" so they raced around & gave us a table out on the balcony which normally would be fine but it was raining and my seat was wet :(, not comfortable to sit in water throughout dinner !!! We then waited for our order to be taken and after 35 mins we called them from our mobile from the balcony & asked could someone come & take our order - they didn't understand that we were inside the restaurant and were calling them, the waitress gave a half apology & offered a free dessert, fried ice cream is not my thing so we were very annoyed with this dining experience and wont be back, yes I am regretting suggesting we eat here.

Got takeaway here last night and it wasn't busy but I waited for 30 mins when I was told 15 mins
the salt & pepper prawns had no salt & pepper but garlic - not what i asked for & they were dried out & not nice - sadly not impressed this time

Not a recommendation im afraid - this was a great Pizza restaurant till it was bought out & now the boxes probably have more flavor, we ordered $350 worth of pizzas and paid extra for add ons which didn't arrive then they tried to tell us we tried to get a free meal so we wont ever be back if this is their idea of customer service they need to look it up in the dictionary very disappointing wont be back

Horrid people to deal with take advantage of young people trying to become a Tradesperson, there was little to no training and they dont communicate when there is not work on the following day, they didn't pay correctly & we are going through fair work QLD they rip off young people through accessing their government training allowance - do yourself a favour & stay away

My husband & I went here last week & were suitably impressed with our meals he had the Tempura Vege & the entree serving was huge, the coconut prawns weren't wonderful but maybe that was the sauce - we found the mains to be a decent size & very tasty will definatley be back here - service was outstanding and very clean restaurant

We visited recently for a family birthday dinner and it was a little disappointing as the entrees they missed one of the tables as it was put together & wasn't explained when it placed at the table, then I had the Prawn Spring rolls which used to be amazing and now they were like deep fried dried batter which fell off and the "prawn" inside was more like tinned meat other dishes were good but I feel they have slipped a bit recently - we have been coming here for 20 years off & on

Had dinner here over the Xmas period and although it was busy we didn't have to wait long, we were disappointed the Crab Lasange was out but we had the Spagetti ai Frutti di Mare which was beautiful although there were small piece of shell in mine but it tastes amazing -= little on the expensive side but I guess you are paying for their rent on the esplanade

we went here with family for a surprise dinner as we were down from Brisbane and the food was awesome and they made sure all 12 meals came out on time which is a big plus as this is a pet hate of mine that all meals are staggered. BYO Wine with small corkage charge, I was impressed - staff were quiet but helpful
